Loved the pool, breakfast and employees were so nice!

I was worried about booking here with all mixed reviews. But this place was very spa feel, as soon as we got there we were received by the hotel staff they got our luggage. It was a hot day and before we had a chance to go into the lobby, there’s someone handing us a wet, cold washcloth that smelled so good. Elevators suck too slow long waiting for elevators

We stayed at the Grand and the facilities were so clean! You never saw room service trays or random drink cups sitting around. Staff were all beyond friendly and accommodating. Property is very big so they have golf cart service to give rides to wherever you want to go, and we never waited more than a few minutes, if that! Restaurants were easy to get into and make reservations, buffett was also good! Only negative to the trip was the salespeople trying to book you into the vacation club. ...

Hotel is in a new upscale marina area with lovely view. Very quiet and secure with an entrance in lobby allowing you to walk straight to probably the nicest mall in Cancun with many nice restaurants.

Habanero was closed, so that was a bit disappointing. But Jorge, who manages the fresh margarita stand, always greeted us with a smile and made the best kiwi margarita! Definitely would comeback for him:)

My recent stay at this hotel in Cancun was an absolute delight. It’s the epitome of luxury, and the location is ideal. What truly stood out, though, was the incredible food. The dining experience was nothing short of amazing. A big plus is that in Cancún, where all-inclusive is common, this hotel offers a great option for those who want the flexibility to explore the area and not be tied to an all-inclusive plan. I highly recommend this hotel for a five-star getaway

Everything about the property was wonderful. The staff, leadership, and employees COULD NOT have been nicer and more helpful. Food was the best I've had at an all-inclusive. The only thing about it that wasn't perfect was the bar drinks - the mixes tasted cheap and the drinks were not strong. That being said, the service MORE than made up for a very minor issue. If the drinks matched the rest - this place would be HEAVEN!

Very nice, small hotel (6 rooms, that backs up to a golf course. Owners very involved with the guests as well as very lovely people. Breakfast is great. Staff extremely accommodating. All at very good prices compared with the larger hotels in the zone.
