We booked a room here last minute, after realizing the room we originally booked elsewhere was less than ideal, and we had zero regrets with the decision to stay here instead. We were booked and checked in within about 5 minutes. The room was nice and clean, very quiet, with a great bathroom. Dinner at the bar was decent--not the greatest meal of the trip, but definitely not bad. The pool was fantastic and open until 10, so we were able to spend a little time in it even though we checked in late in the day. Breakfast the next morning was plentiful, with the staff frequently bussing the tables and cleaning. The food was great, and overall having it as an option before leaving for the airport was so great. I would stay here again if I find myself in Cancun, and recommend it strongly!

The room was spacious and very clean, the water pressure was great and there was plenty of hot water. The breakfast in the morning was above and beyond! To have a gigantic buffet like that included in the low price exceeded our expectations and the service during breakfast was phenomenal. The location downtown was perfect for our needs . The hotel and grounds were a true classic Mexico experience and we would definitely stay again!

I didn't use the airport shuttle and the taxi guys at the airport gouged me mercilessly. Use the shuttle and save yourself AU$100 one way. Better still get an Uber and save AU$145 one way. The Hacienda is Spanish quaint. great for families and excellent location.

Location is good, for Cancun. A Michelin star restaurant 20 minutes walk one way and downtown Cancun 10 minutes the other. We didn’t realise until too late that there was a free shuttle bus to the beach (needs to be highlighted better). Therooms were very clean, the staff were very nice. The breakfast was very good. Had a pleasant stay at Hotel Adhara. The rooms are comfortable. Loved the Chaya drinks. We did experience a frustrating start with the beach shuttle—contradictory booking instructions led to us being told it was full, despite arriving exactly when told. However, the management was professional and settled the issue by offering us a compromise 11:00 AM transport to the beach. I appreciate a hotel that listens to feedback and makes things right. Good base for exploring Cancun!

The room was clean, we had fresh towels, the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffett was good. It was in a good location, not too far from the spots we needed to go. We went on Christmas Eve and I did not know that everything at the hotel would close by 5 including the restaurant/bar pool service so that sucked. The main reason we stayed there on our last night was to enjoy that service.
