This hotel is friendly, comfortable, clean, well appointed and the restaurant and breakfast met our needs during previous stays. The staff is professional, responsive, speak English better than they let on and made sure we felt welcome during each of our previous visits, even remembering us.

8/10 Very good

The only reason it wasn’t a 5 was because when we arrived we were a little which we knew. However the lady that informed us we were a little too early to check in was lacking in the customer service and hospitality department. Not sure if she was training or not. A short time later a gentleman came over to where we were sitting and got us squared away and in to our room. I think he was a manager but not sure. All the other staff were excellent and so was the property.

8/10 Very good

Staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful. We stayed twice on separate occasions in one week and. Were welcomed back like old friends the second time. We Arrived early and enjoyed lunch in the restaurant to pass the time until check in. Location was convenient for access to airport and train station.

10/10 Exceptional

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel and we liked it a lot better this time. We especially liked the airport pickup which was fast and efficient. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and the staff were very helpful. The only bad thing is that there is basically nothing within walking distance except a gomart, a subway (which was terrible!) and a burger king. We tried the breakfast offered by the hotel and it was kind of expensive and so-so.
