The hotel is an older property. The furniture was nice. Wifi was good. Chairs on the beach were free. Staff and waiters were friendly. We did go to the beach club for a bit and came right back to our hotel. The beach club only wanted you to buy things at their property. We did buy lunch and drinks from the bar but also went to the convenient store for snacks. This hotel didn't say anything to us. The only down part was the pillows. They were square and felt like they were jeans stuffed with blankets. The shower also had very little pressure. All in all great stay.

It was the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway. It was very clean, and the rooms were perfect. We could walk right to the beach from our room, and the restaurants were great overall. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ojo de Agua. The front desk staff were so helpful and friendly. Parking was easy. The hotel is situated right on the beach and has lounge chairs for guest use and a restaurant that serves delicious food and drinks. Margaritas on the beach…it doesn’t get much better than this!
