"We recently stayed at the Hilton Cancun All-Inclusive, and overall, we had a great family vacation! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5 🏨 Resort & Rooms The resort is beautiful, modern, and very family-friendly. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and had a great view. The property itself is large and well maintained, with plenty of pools and places to relax. 🍽️ Food & Drinks There was a good variety of restaurants and food options, and we enjoyed trying the different dining venues. The quality was generally good for an all-inclusive resort, although some restaurants were better than others. There were plenty of choices throughout the day, so you definitely won’t go hungry. 🏖️ Beach & Pools The pools were nice although tiles are coming off. There were several options, including areas that were great for families and kids. The beach was beautiful but noplace for beach chairs by the beach. There’s a bit of sargassum here and there but it is cleaned daily. 👨👩👧👦 Family Experience This is definitely a good resort for families. There were activities for kids and adults. 🚌 Location & Transportation The location is safe, convenient & gated. We appreciated the transportation options, including the shuttle to Hilton La Isla, although the shuttle schedule was somewhat limited. Going to GO mall with shuttle is another option. 👍 What we loved: • Beautiful and modern resort • Family-friendly atmosphere"

"An Amazing Experience at Haven Riviera Cancún! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay at Haven Riviera Cancún was truly an amazing experience from beginning to end. This resort exceeded our expectations and gave us so many wonderful memories to take home. The entire property is beautiful, peaceful, clean, and very well maintained. The atmosphere is perfect if you’re looking to relax, disconnect from everyday life, and enjoy a little piece of paradise. One of the things that impressed us the most was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, respectful, and attentive. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for. The service throughout the resort was exceptional, and the staff always went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. The food was delicious, with a great variety of restaurants and options to choose from. We also loved the drinks, the pools, the beach, and the beautiful views throughout the resort. Everything was designed to make the experience feel relaxing and special. Our room was comfortable, beautiful, and spotless, and we really appreciated the attention to detail. The resort also offers plenty of activities and entertainment, while still having quiet areas where you can simply relax and enjoy the surroundings. "It is a nice hotel, but during our stay, it was undergoing renovations. This was disappointing since the bar and café were closed and relocated to the lounge. While the public areas of the hotel were always clean, our room service was lacking. It felt as though the housekeeping staff only cleaned obvious spots rather than thoroughly cleaning the entire room. The food in the buffet wasn’t very good although Breakfast was good. Food service said 24hours but would be done by 10ish-11ish so if you did get hungry you would have to leave the resort. This resort was more of a calm chill vibe so if your looking for a “fun party hotel” this one is more calm and for vibes, they do have a “after dark club” it’s not to fun but most definitely wasn’t horrible if your one who doesn’t wanna go outside the resort for clubs."
