Friendly staff who pay attention to every detail. They made our stay extra special as we celebrated my daughter’s 15th birthday. Great location to catch the ferry to the Isla de Mujeres as well to catch the sunrise in the mornings.

I loved the food and drinks and the rooms. The service was excellent. I didn’t like that there wasn’t an open beach to walk along it, it was just the beach in front of the hotel. Next to the hotel is the peer to go to Isla Mujeres.

This place was amazing and easily had the best pool of any resort I've gone to. The staff was very nice and always helpful. There was a buffet, three restaurants, and additional food bar. The was good but not great - I think its been too Americanized but it was good overall! I was really hoping to have some traditional Mexican dishes and we only got variations of food we normally get at home. It was still amazing and the excursions were nice

Very friendly and helpful staff. Variety of food at buffets, as well as delicious food options for à la carte restaurants on property (we were able to get reservations for 2 of them). We appreciated the extra little touches of activities provided throughout the week. Small beach area but large pool area. The sauna/jacuzzi were not available during our stay. Our room was well kept and restocked daily. Overall we enjoyed our stay here immensely.
