Beautiful, clean hotel with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were always smiling and went out of their way to make sure guests had a great experience. The buffet restaurant was very good, with a varied menu each day. We also made complimentary reservations for one night at the Italian restaurant and one night at the Mexican restaurant. While both restaurants were enjoyable, I found the food a little bland for my taste. The pool and beach areas were excellent, with easy access and plenty of space to relax. We also took the ferry to the island, which was a great experience and a nice addition to our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and would recommend this hotel to others.

A very clean hotel with good food and very friendly staff. The staff continuously walked around with smiles and were very friendly to us, guests, and appeared to have fun amongst themselves. All in all, it appeared they were genuinely happy to work there. The staff kept cleaning the pool side and restrooms during the day, the rooms were cleaned daily and mini bar (included in the all inclusive) was restocked daily as well. Plenty of variety with food, great buffet for all main meals. The à la cart restaurants were OK, not really great as it was rather bland. We ate all meals at the buffet as a result which was great.

As what I consider a value resort in Cancun, all of my expectations were met. The beds were comfortable, the staff was helpful and friendly, the food was average but they do their best to try to make it upscale and the drinks were average. One thing I did not like was that they had zero options, other than water, for drinks not containing fake sugar. All I wanted was a real Mexican Coke made with real sugar and there were none to be found.

If you want a place to just sleep, then this is the place . But if you plan to eat here don’t ! The food is not good. I have stayed in many hotels in Cancun and all the hotels I’ve stayed in the pass were all wonderful. I was very very disappointed about the food very! Over all The hotel is pretty,clean very nice staff, but the food is a NOOO! I will not be coming back to this hotel. If im paying for an all inclusive hotel I expect the food to be good. The hotel is very well maintained, amenities are good, but the offers at the All included restaurants are not good. I didn't see variety of food, and the specialized restaurants, for which you have to reserve in advance take long time to serve you and the food is not good. I'm going to give an example: The seafood restaurant had only salmon and scallops, so, where are the diversity of seafood you suppose to find in it?. If you want a lobster or shrimps you have to pay extra, and the prices are very expensive. It doesn't have many entertaining choices either. The rest of the things are good, I mean the rooms, the beach, the bars, pool, and the staff.
