Friendly staff. I was able to have a massage and go to the pool. As a solo traveler it made it easier to go shopping and to the pool without going outside the resort

6/10 Good

Just a regular location, nothing too special about it. Beach is a 10min walk but the mall is literally next door. Cleanliness is bad, had to ask the hotel folks to come up and clean it again. The pool on the roof is amazing but expect loud music and alot of crowd on good days. Food at the Azulinda restaurant is fantastic!

8/10 Very good

The hotel is in good location, the room is clean and comfortable, the staff are very friendly and nice, the WiFi is high speed.but there is one thing isn't good, the smoke detector was suddenly made so loud after midnight to woke us up, the repairman helped us to resolve the problem, but we need to take a long time to asleep again.

The room was very clean and service of the staff was exemplary. Jonathan brought our luggage up to our room and was so attentive throughout our stay here and even took it upon himself to make dinner reservations for us at the Macao Casino next door!
