Central Plaza Hotel

"The staff was incredibly helpful, especially the front desk manager, who provided phone assistance in excellent English long before we arrived. The location was adjacent to the Old Town area, and 5 minutes from Zurich HB train station. In addition, right outside the doors was one of the main stops for the Zurich transit busses and trams. Clean, nice rooms, and excellent cleaning staff."
"Upon arrival, we got to our double room and I was surprised how small the room was, but it suited our needs as we didn’t plan on spending much time in the room, but rather exploring. The bathroom was nice with a powerful blow dryer! The bed was surprisingly comfortable and I’m typically picky. Be aware though, there was no air conditioner and the room was very stuffy, end of April. You will need to use windows.
We did not eat breakfast there but did have coffee, which we were charged for. 9 CHF for 2 coffees! The staff was good but not overly helpful or friendly!
Finally, we thought the location was very great! Close to most things and a very close walk to the main train station. Overall, we had a lovely time and the hotel was pretty good and very quiet! "
"We stayed there our last night since we had an early flight. There are so many places to eat and shop and only 5 minutes walk to our terminal. It was all indoors and very very convenient. The staff were amazing and very helpful"
