The hotel is in a great location, where you can walk to the train station, bus terminals and Old Town quite easily. The rooms are similar to rooms you would find in New York City. The staff were extremely accommodating and very kind. They have reciprocity with a gym near by, a refrigerator on the first floor for food and medication storage, and restaurants on the first level. Many restaurants are in the area. Would recommend.

Great location across from the Zürich train station. Most everything was in walking distance. However, the building next to The Central Plaza Hotel was under construction so our drapes had to be closed or construction workers could see in. The hotels AC was the best out of 5 hotels in 11 days. We do recommend that the hotel invest in real ice buckets as the foam ice cream containers wouldn’t hold a wine or champagne bottle!! All in all, we would stay here again.

A lovely hotel close to the main station which we arrived and departed from. The lobby area was very welcoming. We only stayed overnight and didn’t eat in the hotel, but did have a drink in the bar area in the evening. We’re sure the restaurants (there’s more than one) would also have been lovely.

Hotel was super responsive from the start. I emailed them regarding a few matters on our stay and they made sure to note it. They even provided some baby toys for our little one. Location is very central and an easy walk to the main train station and old town area. The AC is great to have on hot summer days.

Property was under renovation/contruction. However, the front desk informed us of the hours when we would hear noise, and i was pretty accurate. The hotel was very nice and centrally located. I loved how close it was to the train station (less than a block) and of all the tourity areas.

Central plaza was Amazing in a perfect position to everything We were given an upgrade to a balcony city view Could not recommend this hotel anymore Only one negative is that to get into the shower bath it was quite high and quite slippery a rail to help get out would be a help Note that we are quite mobile so even we found it difficult But it would not stop us from staying there again
