"Cute and simple bed and breakfast. To improve:
- Mattress quality was really mediocre, way too soft, same with the pillows. Difficult to sleep well after a day of skiing.
- The younger woman at the reception desk was unfriendly and made it difficult to use the steam bath saying it was full when it wasn't. "

The staff were so kind and helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable, and with the most amazing shower! Plus, I’m so glad we stayed in Grachen over Zermatt.
