One couldn’t hope for a better hotel in Lucerne! From the huge room with giant windows and Juliette balconies overlooking the lake, to the incredible architecture of the building, the modern spacious bathroom, and the incredible service and hospitality of the staff, this property is 10/10 in every way. Great hotel. Excellent food options! We were very impressed with the food at the brasserie. Our room was perfect and we loved the layout. Our only complaint iwas that they shut the bar down for a private party at 10pm. We found that very odd and disappointing that we couldn’t have a night cap at our hotel. But it was obviously not the end of the world. We felt they should have rented out a private spaces to the group and not block hotel guests from using the hotel bar.

Reception (didnt take down her name) was marvellous. We got upgraded to a lake view room, we didnt mention it was our anniversary. Prosseco was offered at check in, what a treat.
