10/10 Exceptional

Very happy with my choice to stay at Hotel Suisse. Centrally located, right across the street from the central train station (Cornavin). Staff was very professional and helpful and stored my bag both before check-in and after check-out. Breakfast was very good. Room was small, but perfectly sized for one, with nice desk, lots of outlets, large window that opened all the way, and clean bathroom. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel in a convenient location with excellent travel links. Rooms in acceptable condition though in need of updating/renovating. Some stains on carpets. Price excellent for location and condition.

We stayed in a room with a kitchen, which was helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and very quiet considering the location of the hotel on a busy street. Could not be more convenient to the train station. Would stay again.

Fabulous location right across from the train station. Lots of good options for dining and shopping very close. Staff was welcoming and informative. If you need a quick place to stay for a night or two on your way through Geneva, I can't think of a better option.

Location is right next to the transit hub. The staff were very helpful and you can get coffee from the breakfast area even if you don’t buy the breakfast adder. The AC was great during the heatwave. You get a pass for all the local transportation services for the length of your stay

Great location for train station and city. Worked great for us
Verified review

8/10 Very good

Convenient location. If driving by car and unfamiliar with the area parking is paid and a bit difficult to initially locate but reasonably priced and close to the hotel entry.

The room and hotel in general were spotless. Staff, especially breakfast and maid were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, abundant, and convenient. The AC helped but couldn’t keep up with current heat wave.

This hotel was conveniently located across the street from the train station and an easy 10 minute walk to the lake. The room was lovely, with a comfortable bed. I was very pleased with how quiet it was with very little noise from the outside traffic or train station.
