Five stars for being exactly what it was advertised to be. Clean rooms, an elevator to help with luggage, friendly staff, and a good breakfast. We ate the restaurant and our food was delicious. What really gives them 5 stars is accommodating our early check-in request. We had a red eye and landed at 7 am local time and they were able to get us a room upon our arrival so we could rest and refresh before heading out to explore. They will also store you’re bags if they’re not able to accommodate an early check in and that would have been good enough for us. But we really really appreciate them doing that for us. Would stay again!

the staff was friendly and helpful. They gave directions and suggestions throughout our stay. The property is walking distance to the Botanical Gardens and UN, and only one or two bus / trams away from all sites we visited including CERN and the old town / St. Pierre Cathedral.

The hotel is very old but it has a great location. The rooms are small but it sits within walking distance of Lake Geneva (you can take a plunge in it!) and it is only a block away from Public transportation. The Air conditioning works! And the shower has great water pressure, we tried to lengthen our stay but it is booked solid. So plan ahead in advanced while making reservations. It is a very coveted area. The elevator is very small but it works. The breakfast selection was limited but the staff was super friendly and they will offer you endless cappuccino refills! We will definitely stay here again!
