"The staff was great at the property. They accommodated a room change part way though our stay.
The first room was 26 degrees and wasn't nearly as clean as the 2nd room. We found a used shower cap, stray hairs in / on the bed and cockroach in the bathroom calling up the shower walls.
The 2nd room had a more manageable temperature and was markedly cleaner than the first room.
The property appears to be going through a branding change. The pool was closed and there appeared to be a general problem with the HVAC controls in the guest rooms.
We probably would not stay here again if in the area."

"Les arcades étaient continuellement brisé et je devais aller a la réception pour l'argent.
Buffet pas terrible. A la carte cest mieux. Il devrait avertir l'heure de fermeture des buffets quand on le prend.
Le monde court dans les corridors et jouent au mini hockey.
Les indications ne sont pas claire dans l'hôtel. Que dire de ce rendre a l'hôtel avec les travaux tres compliqué.
Assez pour ne pas y retourner ou le recommander"
