Our room was okay, but very much in need of a deep cleaning throughout - living room (stained carpet), kitchen (glasses, coffee mugs in cabinets stuck to the shelving; trash behind garbage can under sink); bedroom (items from previous guests had fallen behind a small cabinet). Comfy bed, clean linens, ample towels. Surprisingly quiet location with easy access to restaurants, pubs and grocery store (Farm Boy).

Not clean enough, the first room we were given was very dusty. The shower was powerful but needed a refresh of sealant / grout around the tiles and the between the tiles and shower tray. The fridge in the little kitchenette clearly needed servicing as it was making a loud noise all night. On a positive note the staff were very helpful and the location was convenient around 15 / 20 mins walk to the parliament complex and central attractions and just off all the restraurants on Elgin Street.
