The staff were wonderful and helpful throughout my stay. The room was beautiful and a great size for the price point. Had beautiful views towards downtown Ottawa. The only con was that the internet was pretty slow.

Staff was nice. Great location big room, small bathroom but it was ok. I called in the morning asking for later checking they said 12:30 but I still got a call at 12:15 telling me check out was 12:00, I guess it just wasn’t communicated . Overall it was a a pleasant stay. I’d stay there again.

The room had everything we needed and was very clean and well maintained. The only minor downside was that the air conditioning was a bit noisy, which may affect light sleepers. The location is excellent, close to the main tourist attractions while still being away from the busiest crowds.

8/10 Very good

Front desk staff members were friendly and efficient. Our room was okay, but very much in need of a deep cleaning throughout - living room (stained carpet), kitchen (glasses, coffee mugs in cabinets stuck to the shelving; trash behind garbage can under sink); bedroom (items from previous guests had fallen behind a small cabinet). Comfy bed, clean linens, ample towels. Surprisingly quiet location with easy access to restaurants, pubs and grocery store (Farm Boy).

6/10 Good

Not clean enough, the first room we were given was very dusty. The shower was powerful but needed a refresh of sealant / grout around the tiles and the between the tiles and shower tray. The fridge in the little kitchenette clearly needed servicing as it was making a loud noise all night. On a positive note the staff were very helpful and the location was convenient around 15 / 20 mins walk to the parliament complex and central attractions and just off all the restraurants on Elgin Street.
