We loved staying here. The room was spacious, well appointed and the location was perfect. The gym was nice but small— it would be nice to have more ellipticals and other cardio and weight systems offered because every morning I was there, the gym was in use by at least 3 people. They also offered coffee on the lobby each morning which was nice.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for the weekend of our birthdays. I pre-ordered some flowers and champagne for the room and everything was great. The restaurants, rooftop were all amazing. The location of this hotel is also right there. Would stay here every time. Thank you for the beautiful experience.

6/10 Good

Nice hotel in good location. Excellent roof top bar. Staff struggling to cope with influx of visitors. Breakfast service totally chaotic. Don’t know if there was a problem with the kitchens but service was so poor we opted to eat out for lunch and dinner

10/10 Exceptional

Excellent location and very friendly staff. High quality bedding and bathroom amenities. I wanted to note a couple of downsides though: The breakfast service was so-so. We waited nearly an hour for a simple order for a party of 4. The quality of the food was good, but nothing stellar in terms of taste. I would give 3* to the brasserie. The central location of the hotel also meant a lot of noise late at night as there are night clubs right across the street.

10/10 Exceptional

Stayed here on first time to Montreal and it was wonderful. The location is excellent - walking distance to restaurants, shops, entertainment, points of interest and the metro rail. The staff was super nice and helpful, our room was wonderful - comfortable bed, ample space and the robe and slippers were a nice touch. We did not eat at any of their restaurants, but they were always packed. This will be our go to hotel in Montreal any time we come back.
