We took a rom for 4 adults, and we were surprised to get a room with 2 separate rooms and 2 separate bathrooms. It was more like an apartment with a kitchen linking the 2 rooms. The rooms were very clean, nice and every thing in order. I recommend this room to anybody with 4 adults.

We really enjoyed our time at the Arlo! It is perfectly situated in downtown with parliament only a 5 minute walk away. The suite was fantastic with comfortable beds and a separate bedroom that was ideal when travelling with small children. Cribs were available- one less thing to bring with us! The only downside was parking was not on site- we had to walk a couple blocks away to get the car- not a deal breaker but something to consider if you have a car and are planning to come and go.

The hotel is in a great location and nicely renovated. The rooms are laid out well. The breakfast is ok with no protein. Some guests appear to live at the hotel which is bizarre as they load up their breakfast plates for the day. The hotel is conveniently located. Given the many homeless wandering Ottawa, It is concerning there is no security on the hotel door and on the elevator.

I would highly recommend this hotel due to its excellent location and overall cleanliness. The rooms were of good quality, though slightly compact. A notable feature was the inclusion of a fully equipped kitchen, which allowed us to conveniently purchase groceries from the nearby store and prepare meals in our room without any inconvenience. As a couple, we found this amenity particularly valuable and enjoyable. We would gladly return and strongly recommend this accommodation to others.
