Very nice place. Room was renovated and modern in a central location great for exploring old Quebec City. Excellent area to be close to restaurants. Breakfast option attached to hotel (at additional cost) was a bit lacking but lots of other options close my kids loved the pool and a good basic gym (could have a few more free weights). Only thing I was surprised by is a fee for a pack and play to be used - traveled a lot with my young kids and this was a first. Would still recommend as nice hotel overall.

We love the location and well kept grounds. We were steps away from the Plains of Abraham and Citadelle. We even walked with our rolling suitcase to Gare Palais, though it was steep with narrow streets it was safe and clean.

Hotel was decent location - just a brief walk to the quaintest areas of the upper old city. Room was nice sized and well-appointed. On the same block is about a dozen restaurants of various types which was very convenient. Main disappointment was lack of concierge service to provide tourism info (he was actually the luggage valet and not very helpful in the tourism area). Overall, however a good experience.

Lovely hotel in old QC in the middle of the Plains of Abraham. Big comfy rooms with a small indoor pool, outdoor hot tubs, and a very hot dry sauna. The courtyard was also nice place to eat our takeout lunches. Parking spaces are a little tight with larger cars/SUVs - pro tip: leave the parking garage before you check out otherwise your parking access will be deactivated and you won’t be able to leave the garage.
