8/10 Very good

Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast area was extremely busy each morning but staff were continually clearing and cleaning around the dining area making sure guests had space to eat and drink comfortably. There was a complimentary shuttle bus, to and from Old Quebec, which was much appreciated. Also, the free laundry facility was an added bonus. Would definitely stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to others without hesitation.

My kids loved the juice available in the lobby 24/7 and said it's been the best breakfast so far on our journey. No regrets with this stay!
