"Excellent customer service, with pleasant and accommodating staff who made the stay very comfortable. A nice surprise was the steam sauna feature in the shower. The hotel was very quiet, and parking was easy to find.
For improvements, I would suggest a deeper cleaning of the carpets. I also found the inability to open windows to adjust the air a drawback, and improved ventilation would make a noticeable difference.

"Breakfast at Chili 's was delicious and great value dor rhe money.
The room was small and showed its age from wear marks on the doors and furniture down to the peeling wallpaper in the bathroom. The grotto was deceptively small and nothing more than a hangout to drink even though there are signs stating no alcohol was permitted. The floor was disgustingly dirty.
This is not a place I would recommend or ever stay again. It is not worth the rates that are charged."
