8/10 Very good

Stayed in Banff for just one night, this hotel was ideally located being a short walk to local restaurants and with underground car parking included. Breakfast menu was also decent. Room was unusual in that window looked out on an internal atrium rather than having a view to the outside.

6/10 Good

The hotel is located in a great location to downtown Banff. The rooms themselves are in a maze and you have no views. Our room faced a inter court yard and felt kind of exposed.

Hotel was in a good location with just a short walk to the town center. Everything was clean and comfortable. Would have liked to have had a reading chair with light in the room. Staff were very friendly.
