Great staff, solid accommodations, perfect location that's close enough to downtown without the busyness. Room was spacious, food at the restaurant (and bar) was really good. They also sold these "adventure to go" meals. We ordered them for our day driving trip up the Icefields Parkway and ate them at one of the stops. Hot tub was big and clean. Bus stop is right near the property entrance. Take the bus to town but be aware that return trips get backed up and busses seem to run late if you're returning late in the evening (maybe get a taxi home - or walk the mile and change like we did one time). Overall, the accommodations helped elevate an already beautiful escape to Banff.
