This is a great, new hotel in a perfect location. The spa across the street we are allowed to use is nothing to praise but loved we parked out car for five days and never needed it once for any hikes. Would stay here again.

Truly excellent location, really nice room, and very helpful and friendly reception staff. There’s no breakfast/restaurant area, but there is a little room at the front with tea/coffee/hot chocolate facilities and chairs. We used the laundry room which was handy having it on site. Only one washer, but didn’t have to wait for anyone else to finish. It was coins only so the staff at reception changed a note for us which was very helpful. Very quiet inside the room, felt safe and clean. Defo would recommend. Minutes from the bus stops to all the lakes, and Banff high street.
