The hotel is relatively clean, not as 'shiny' as you see in the photos. Very comfortable beds. Staff are respectful and ready to help.

Perfect location for a planned visit to West Edmonton Mall

8/10 Very good

The space was clean. The continental breakfast was well done. My only concerns were: 1) the countertop in the bathroom was built over the toilet tank, so it was quite uncomfortable to sit on. 2) we were trying to switch rooms to be on the same floor as our family & not a lot of effort went into making that happen, we basically gave up trying. 3) there was a lot of noise from the street and other rooms on the first floor.

Convenient place to stay, right across the street from West Edmonton Mall. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Parking is lacking, not many outdoor stalls, only 2 handicap stalls, There is underground parking if you can't find parking on the grounds, but they charge for those even with a handicap sticker. Overall I would stay here again.
