This was a great place not far from the main drag. That is one plus. The free bus passes were a bonus. The room was nice and had wonderful amenities; stove, full coffee maker, balcony. The price was reasonable. If I'm able to make it back, I will strongly consider if the price is right.

Staff were great. Small kitchen for our family of 5 but we made it work and had everything we needed. Great perk of free public transport into town, was so easy and made the stay so enjoyable. A bit noisy, and train must be close by as we heard that throughout the night. But overall, great place for our family.

We stayed here for 4 nights with the family, we loved it!!! The room was very clean and spacious. The resort is just outside of town but you get a free bus pass and the buses run regularly until late, the staff give you the timings on a piece of paper with I put into my purse so was handy to keep. There is an indoor pool which was enjoyed. The cleaning staff came in daily for towel changes and bed making. This has been a wonderful stay

We loved our stay here. Our room was spacious, with a clean modern bathroom and kitchen area. We had been camping for 2 weeks so it felt luxurious! Good place to get laundry done! The gym is in need of a revamp, but my son enjoyed it all the same. Free shuttle into town was handy. Would recommend to all.

We were travelling with a toddler, and I felt like the facilities were just too worn out and not clean. Views from the cabin were disappointing (trees were blocking the view of the mountains) so maybe ask about which way your cabin is facing. Amenities and equipment were very well stocked so the place is probably better for a group of adults.

Lovely quiet and clean accommodation. We had fantastic views as well. The cabin was cosy, but basic and a little worn. The staff were super helpful and friendly and the location was excellent. The biggest issue was that while it supposedly slept six, there were only two comfortable seats in the lounge, so we didn't spend much time there. The same went for the balcony, where we had two broken plastic chairs, for four people.

Overall a great stay. We have stayed in Banff many times but it was nice to be away from the townsite and to enjoy the quiet of the mountains. We had a large group and one room wasn’t quite ready for check in time but the stay was fantastic and the bus passes made travel to downtown a breeze. Beautiful views and serene setting. Would recommend to anyone.
