Room was a cute studio apartment with dishware included. Mine was clear across the property from the pool/sauna, so not the most convenient amenities. Staff was pleasant and helpful, and the gal at check-in even saw I had scrapped my knuckle biking and offered me a band-aid :) Location is pretty good. Stores and restaurants on the other end of the street, and access to pedestrian trails on the other side of the admittedly busy intersection.

Older property, very expensive for what it was, but guess they can charge what they like in the season. Does need maintenance or a refurbishment. They did let us check-in early though which was a bonus. Had stayed in Banff previous 2 nights but couldn’t get same hotel there for our 3rd night and this was all that was around.
