Tengo que agradecer al eficaz staff que me atendió. Nosotras visitamos de Oregon y la atención iba bien hasta… la primer noche que se descompuso el A/C pero inmediatamente me movieron de cuarto a una mejor habitación y estaban siempre al pendiente que estábamos bien. As a mom traveling alone with my two young adult daughters, this place was a safe, comfortable and conveniently located to explore around the Zocalo area. The hotel personnel was super welcoming and helpful. The hotel itself was modern and the room was very clean. Soft beds, pillows and down white comforters. My stay was amazing the food , the service impeccable!! Everyone was super attentive shout out to all the staff that met me at karaoke at the dreams lobby bar, “Andres”, the ladies in the coffee shop the servers in Chardonnay, and the manager from 360 !. What I liked most about my stay was the safety.! No one is getting in n out of the elevators without a room card. N you can only use your card for your floor you can’t access two room floors at once. The only issue was the service they offer for premium guests on the 12th floor, the staff was not too helpful and or friendly.

Great option for stay, meals on site can be a little more on the expensive side.

Not walking distance from downtown, but a great spot to rest after a day of fun. Comfortable beds, clean sheets. Bring your own towels.
