LaiLa Hotel completely exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, right off Paseo de la Reforma and tucked into a great neighborhood with tons of restaurants nearby. My room was incredibly spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Unlike a lot of places, the WiFi was lightning-fast and the shower had amazing water pressure with plenty of hot water. To top it all off, the staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out.
