Nice and well located hotel in Medano Beach, which is one of the mor swimable in Cabo San Lucas... I specially liked their pet-friendly policy, they were very friendly with my little dog, and even provided us with a dog bed and two plates for food and water. Being pet-friendly and the location were the main reasons I stayed at Casa Dorada. Also clean and well-maintained room, good included breakfast and nice pools...

Great stay at this property. Great swimmable beach right in front of the hotel. Great happy hour drink prices at the pool and Beach. We were upgraded to a one room suite which made the stay even better. Location was great for wandering into town for dinner. The only down side was that there's no ocean view from the pool but the beach is steps away and the food and drink service on the beach were as good as at the pool. There was also a private party going on the first night we were there that was pretty noisy until about midnight but not too bad.

Overall a good stay. The hotel itself, pool, room itself, views and hotel location and access to the beach are top notch. The pool had a small kids section which our toddler enjoyed. The downsides: food was good but not great, drinks were just ok, but my wife and I were shocked as to how extremely overpriced everything was. $10 CAD for a cappuccino, $30+ CAD for a pizza, $20 CAD for a simple margarita.
