The hotel was nice and clean except the water situation. The water in the hotel had a very bad smell and taste. I know there was construction in the area that may have affected the water. The stay at this hotel was fabulous. The A/C was very strong and appreciated. Bring your own face clothes as none are supplied. Other bathroom products (shampoo, soap, body lotion) are supplied, as well as shoe shine kit & shower cap. The location is outstanding. Close to everything but on a quiet street. Would definitely return to this property while visiting the great city of Guadalajara. Also, the meals eaten at the hotel were very good.

The rooms were spacious and staff were very courteous. The gym needs a little work, none of the machines except the elliptical worked but plenty of weights and mats to get a good workout in. Great central location.
