checking in was very easy even we came very late after midnight, staff very nice, hotel like an museum very cozy, feel warm quiet and area quiet, very clean, bathrooms big and clean, staff cleans room everyday and change bed sheets everyday, and nice size swimming pool not deep very good for kids, location close to lot of activities, mall, restaurants, no laundry in hotel but there is close one in the area. the only down size thing only 4 option in breakfast but it was delicious and enough portion with juice and coffee. anna was very cool, very welcoming speaks English and French. owner james very cool person, very polite. and another lady i saw her in the morning don't her name was very cool too.

Beautiful property, has a lot of character, I loved the AC it was nice and cold, balcony was beautiful. However, no elevator only stairs (to carry out your bags). No offer for water and drinks. There is a lil shop you can buy some drinks.
