Everything was perfect ..

We visited this amazing property 12/21 and we weren’t disappointed in our choice. We just happened to be the first ones to ever stay in our room (Nest Suite) and thought it was fantastic. Being originally from Brockville I knew the building and what had been located in it previously and was amazed at the transformation into modern and stylish hotel type rooms. Very well designed and laid out with all the things and more anyone would need for a relaxing stay. Would definitely have to say one...

We had a great stay with no issues. The staff were very pleasant at every encounter. My son loved the Omni kid activity bag they gave him and the WiFi worked well for him.

Prime choice in beautiful city

Fantastic stay, as always

I loved how clean it was and the bed was so comfortable. Location was excellent

Bruce the owner met us to help with luggage up the long single flight of indoor stairs leading to our apt, on second floor. There is no elevator. AC is portable, stationed in LR, but not helpful for bedroom spaces. We also inquired about better air flow at night while sleeping and he brought a fan for each bedroom. There were plenty of pillows and bathroom towels. Super shower! Nice stove and fridge and dining table and couch. No closet in one bedroom but over a dozen hallway hooks where we...

This was a great hotel in a convenient location to the downtown area. Very walkable for all of our activities. Spa services were a plus. Breakfast was well prepared and good value for money. My only down-check would be that rooms have not been upgraded with USB charging receptacles. Would def stay here again.

Highly recommend this hotel!! The staff was so accommodating and pleasant. Our room was the cleanest we have ever had in a hotel. Definitely recommend going to the 1913!! We will be back if we are ever in London Ontario again.

I would definitely stay here again! The room was nice and clean, the breakfast was good, and the desk staff really friendly. My only disappointment was that the swimming pool water and room were too cold (for me anyway on a chilly, wet night). Also, you were supposed to shower in your room and then go swimming; a shower should be added by the pool. We found the same issue at another Canadian hotel, so maybe this is standard?

I appreciate the a.m. complemently coffee in the lobby. However starting the service at 7 is way too late for travelers.

I had traveled 7 hours to get there and what i got there was more then what i expected everything was easy going staff was super nice food was very good water park was for every age and size just not kids. The room we got was perfect and at night you can sleep very good and quiet will definitely drive another 6 to 7 hours to stay there loved the place.

Overall our stay was great and will be back next year! Negatives I want to point out were some pink mold on shower grout, weird unpleasant smell from one of the bedroom air conditioning units(we had a 2 bedroom suite) and beds could be more comfortable. The good things were very well kept hotel recently renovated, smelled wonderful except room AC, indoor pool, great staff, great breakfast, and good location. Really was one of the best hotels I've stayed in.

Our stay as usual was most enjoyable, lunch and breakfast were good with excellent service. The staff at the desk went out of their way to be helpful , we will stay again as we have many times.

Great location! We found Ottawa to be very walkable from the Alt Hotel. Their bar and bartenders is excellent, and we enjoyed a few rounds of pool as well. I would stay here again.

Food was delicious for 2 breakfasts and 1 dinner!! Facility very well landscaped. Staff very friendly. Convenient parking. Would stay there again!!

Trevor at the reception desk was awesome. Thanks

Nice dog friendly hotel. Rooms are clean beds are comfy. Would stay here again.
