The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great stay. From management to associates in all departments, everyone took the extra time to be helpful. From walking us around the property to show us how to get around to helping me bring drinks from the bar to my room, you can tell that the hotel was extremely well managed and hire professionals in the service industry. The decor was clean and warm, and the food and drinks were great quality given it was not a huge resort hotel. The location was exceptional and allowed easy access to all the city has to offer. They also had great suggestions for us for activities. Everyone was friendly and happy and warm making the stay that much better than it already was. I would not hesitate to stay there or in any Le Germain property again!
