Over all the hotel was nice as it is situated in the center of all the entertainment in Niagara. There are many restaurants and shops located in the hotel and outside the hotel. What we enjoyed the most was the fireworks at the rooftop massimo's Italian restaurant

The hotel can be a bit confusing when you first get there. Once you get use to it, everything it’s fine. Niagara Falls, Clifton Hills, gift shops and many restaurants are all walking distance. A car is not really needed in my opinion, unless you are going to Toronto like my group did. Clean room, nice/helpful staff and free water bottles are my reasons why I will book here again.

Enjoyed this place. The stones around the pool were uneven.. very friendly staff and helpful. Parking is pricey but self parking is not that far away. We absolutely LOVED the fact we were so close to everything. And kinda disappointed there wasnt any access to the hot tub. But we would stay again.
