This was the second time I stay here(same room) with my daughters . It has changed so much in the past 2 years. Room smelled stale and not properly cleaned, the outside and corridors/stairs could have used upkeep(outdoors looked abandoned). Reservation was for 3pm we got there around 2:30pm put in the code and door wouldn’t open so we decided to grab something to eat. Got back at 3 , still locked out, bags in hand with my 2 kids. Rang the doorbell, no one answered, called the number multiple times, no one answered. Finally, after 30 minutes of waiting outside someone answered my phone call. When I emailed the manger/owner they never replied or apologized. Location is wonderful and so was our last experience. Being a single mom on a budget and carefully planing our trips I felt disappointed and let down. A simple apology would have gone a long way.

We didn’t want to leave! - Easy self-parking and simple check-in process. We arrived late after a long day. It was nice to just park out back and access the suite in our own. - the suite is well-appointed. We were pleasantly surprised to find a comfortable queen size Murphy bed in the living room. - eye masks, earplugs are provided
