"There were very loud people disrupting the sleep of several rooms, and staff dealt with them in a calm but very firm manner. Several helpful stores (Dollarama, Tim Hortons, Food Basics) are adjacent to the property. Quite quiet, given its location."

"The breakfast staff behaved as if the food was being given out for free. They kept staring at us the entire time, and when we politely said “good morning,” they completely ignored us and continued looking at us in an uncomfortable way. We were not sure if something was wrong or if they were upset, but this type of behavior and gestures in front of customers are very unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome. We stay at Comfort Inn very often and have booked many times, but this experience was more disappointing. We expect customers to be treated with basic courtesy and respect."

"There is no fridge or microwave in the room. On top of that the shower is extremely small, water gets everywhere & the corridor to the room smells terrible. Only plus was the easy check in / contactless check in, parking at the back and the room appeared clean from what I could see."
