Room was beautiful and comfortable. On property dining was super affordable and good - we were stunned! The water park was clean and staffed by professional, attentive lifeguards. We would’ve liked some info from hotels.com before going because the other guests were told to wear Halloween costumes and we were left out. Not a fault of Great Wolf! We will be back!

Amazing family resort. It has everything one needs and lots of entertainment for all. The only minor issue I had was I didn't get the room I had booked which was disappointing 😕The pillows were awful so I highly recommend bringing your own. Property is well maintained and beautiful.

We’ve been to two other GWL locations in precious years, and this one was the cleanest, most updated location. The room we were in was amazing and the beds were very nice (not cheap furniture). Comparatively, It is one of the smaller GWL locations we’ve been to, and we visited when things weren’t packed. If we had come when things were full, I have a feeling it would have felt very chaotic, busy, and “slow” in the water park. The lifeguards were more strict with rules than others I’ve been to. This is fine but did cause a slow down in lines. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

My family and I enjoyed our 2 nights stay at the GLW, there’s lots of activities for the kids and the water park was amazing, my son didn’t want to leave. I just want to suggest that housekeeping should give the guests fresh beddings and towels everday if guests are staying for more than one night. The coffee machine is also a little bit dirty. Other than that we had a good experience and would definitely come back!
