Amazing!! Went on a 1st time visit to Niagara Falls. This hotel had so many amenities. Very impressed with staff at all levels! Room was very clean and comfortable! Would definitely book this room again! Except I would ask for a falls view room.

Great hotel. Friendly and courteous staff. The deposit system seems random. I am waiting for a deposit to be returned several hours after booking out so thats a pain but all in all is a good hotel. Highly recommend

The Nespresso machine did not work. Excellent location to see everything. Indoor walking to the Casino and restaurants.

Although this stay was good overall. The 4:00 p.m. check-in time and 11:00 a.m. check out time allows for a stay of 18 hours. Too expensive will look for cheaper alternatives if there is a next visit.

Good view. Has a way to casino. Great location. Hotel itself is a little old and rooms were dusty.
Verified review

6/10 Good

This hotel is very busy and is located in a prime location to walk to the Niagara Falls centre. Unfortunately my room was dirty, drywall was banged up, and bedsheets were a little bit stained. The positives are the location of the restaurants located at the restaurants such as IHOP, starbucks, the KEG, TGI Fridays etc…
