This was a great hotel in a convenient location to the downtown area. Very walkable for all of our activities. Spa services were a plus. Breakfast was well prepared and good value for money. My only down-check would be that rooms have not been upgraded with USB charging receptacles. Would def stay here again.

Beautiful location. Close to town and a few steps to Stewart Park. Hotel is well appointed. Suggestion - get a room in the top floors. Could hear toilets flushing in the room above.

10/10 Exceptional

Very clean and comfortable room, especially the bed. Staff were good during check-in despite a trainee not knowing how to deal with pre-check in situations but he will get to learn. Parking was ample and easy to get in and out of. Did not have any meals at the hotel as found the menu to be very pricy.
