Staff is amazing had an amazing stay. My Butler Yuri made it everything so easy and checked in on us everyday. She was the best! Carlos from the Gourmet hall provided us with the best service every morning for breakfast. I will definitely be going back to this resort.

There was nothing to complain about this hotel. The rooms are really big, spacious and comfortable, well lit and clean. And despite the heat of Merida we never suffered. I think it is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. A lot better than bigger name hotels in the city. And the staff was really helpful and attentive. All in all the best stay I’ve had

Very good nice clean and quiet.

Went to this resort with family and my 4 year old son. He had a blast and so did we as adults. There was so much to do to keep us entertained. . I would definitely recommend staying a minimum of 3 nights as there is so much you would want to explore. The rooms and overall resort was clean and well kept , all of the staff was welcoming and friendly. Absolutely beautiful property and some of the most amazing staff I have ever met. This place is such a gem in a place that can be hit or miss with resorts. It was small but so easy to navigate and very walkable. If you’re looking for a second home and another family then this is the place!!

The view from my room was beautiful I had the sunsets of the lagoon room was ok clean bed was fine for México standards coming from New York. I must say you do need to be careful and not leave any wallet or cash laying out if you choose not to put outside your door Do not disturb I looked in my wallet and saw $3 left from a 2 $10 bills that were there and they were gone after a cleaning lady was in my room . Loved the staff and the resort was perfectly maintained. Of course there is some age to the property. Restaurants were nice good varieties.

It’s definitely a steal for the price. Felt safe the entire time & loved that it had parking with a closed gate. Has great amenities & the pool was amazing and refreshing. Staff was very polite and helpful. Would definitely stay again & recommend. Very close to plazas and transportation.

If you're planning a trip to Cancun and looking for a budget-friendly, all-inclusive hotel with a private beach in the Hotel Zone, this is probably your best choice (at least in our opinion). Stayed here on honeymoon. Rented a car and explored the Yucatan using the Hacienda as a base. Wonderful property, the casitas maya are excellent, and the food at the restaurant (especially breakfast) is the best of what the region has to offer. The staff are discrete, almost entirely out of site but quickly in the room to clean up once you leave for dinner, etc. Great place.
