"Check in was good. My room had two leaks and it was raining most days; one of the leaks dripped onto one of the beds. Ants were present; no left overs or snacks could be in the room due to this. Pool was open but not enough lights around it. Menu available was very limited. WiFi was very good throughout the place. No AC in rooms and the fan we had was too noisy to have it on at night. No beach access or beach nearby!! Hotel has no info or contacts for local taxis or airport shuttles. No mini...

The owners were friendly, welcoming and quick to respond to our questions. The road in is bumpy and full of potholes but they’re no big deal. A great spot!"

"Great location, about a 10 minute walk to the center of town, and across the street from a grocery store. The host was very communicative before and during our stay, and check-in/out was simple. We loved the rooftop with plunge pool and all the fun birds that visited. The street is well lit and we felt safe walking home at night. There is only a futon in the living area, so probably best for only 2-3 people if you plan to spend much time there. Overall a great stay! "

"This hotel was a beautiful, quiet oasis. The staff was wonderful, our bed was super comfortable and it felt more like a private condo than a hotel. If the big, all-inclusive hotels are too touristy for you, this could be a great choice. We felt very safe here, the hotel is on a private road with a guard shack so limited traffic and easy to walk along daily. There's a beautiful cenote just a few minutes walk away.
