This property was fantastic and is perfectly located in the heart of Cancun’s Hotel Zone. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the staff was outstanding—especially Carmen at the concierge desk, who provided excellent service throughout our stay. Food is very bad. Hotel is outdated. Beach is very narrow/small. Feels like a party hotel as it’s very loud. A nice thing is that the visitors tend to be friendly and love to party/dance.

We had the best girls trip here! The beach was absolutely pristine — one of my favorite beaches I’ve ever visited. The water is miles of shallow, crystal-clear blue, almost like a giant natural pool, which makes it perfect for both relaxing and very kid-friendly. The resort itself was clean, the food was good, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Overall such a fun and beautiful place to stay in Cancun. I would definitely come back!
