This property continues to hit way above it's benchmark, at least in terms of the deal I found. Service, accommodations, amenities, food, the entire experience is superb. Out of 5 stars, though, I'd deduct 1/2 star for the unhappy increase in the club or lounge music around the property. Shibari Tulum is MAGICAL. The pictures don’t even do it justice. The resort is beautiful, relaxing and fun and the staff is overly friendly and accommodating. Fernando, Danny, George, Jorge, Natalia, Yahaira, Francisco, Karla, and all the other Shibari staff made our weeklong stay absolutely perfect. Naj Tulum fue una experiencia única y encantadora. Al momento de hacer check-in te hacen una limpieza para quitar las malas vibras y el estrés antes de adentrarte a las instalaciones. Las habitaciones están sumamente limpias, tienen una distribución excelente y la de nosotros contaba con un pequeño picuzzi privado. La verdad es que de tener la oportunidad de volver, lo haríamos.

When we made the reservation, we does not know is a nudist hotel. On the hotel advertising don't said anything about it, they have to be more explicit about the hotel theme. Is a hotel 5 🌟, the attention, the food, the transportation, the views, the ammenities, the details,is excellent. Is a peacefully place, very private and full of sorprises.

The TRS Yucatan was part of a larger group of related hotels on a very large beautiful beach and jungle property. The butlers at our villa, especially Emilio, were very welcoming and helpful as we oriented ourselves to the many facets of the resort. The transportation cart service was quick and the drivers very friendly.....though by following the seaside/beach everything was also very walkable. Food was excellent....green juice at Helios was my favorite!

This is by far the best resort in Riviera Maya! This was our second time there and we will be back. The property is stunning. Natural mangroves run all throughout. The walking on the grounds is beautiful. You have access to all four properties no matter which one you stay at. We love Kantenah, but Colonial and White Sands are equally great. First and foremost: The food and drinks were phenomenal. Everything that we were served all week was exceptional. Drinks were never watered down, food didn’t taste cheap or frozen. Make sure you take advantage of your private host. We were at Conrad Tulum for 5 nights. The staff was amazing all across the property. Perfect place to relax and enjoy. Many dinner options. Well equipped gym. Several pools. An incredible time.

We will return! We visited in October and the resort and staff were amazing. Mr Paris, concierge for building 40 was very attentive and helpful. There was a mix up with the room situation and the manager Beatrice was so accommodating and followed up to make sure the rest of stay was positive. We traveled with two 9 year olds and all of us rated the experience and resort 10/10! I’d recommend it to everyone!

All inclusive resort with amazing park free access. Everyday is fun and adventurous. I would rate this place to be the best family vacation spot in the world. Food is fantastic, the best food I have ever had in my life! Morning yoga class is rejuvenating. Beach is beautiful and the nature of the caves and rivers are breathtaking. Highly recommend to everyone. Don't forget to reserve the restaurants at Xin Gao dinners and Las Cuevas Sunday seafood buffet in advance.

Check in process was smooth. Friendly staff and helpful. Never expected a much bigger apartment wuth a TV with netflix/youtube kitchen and fridge and microwave. Sooo much better than the hotel. 2 bedrooms with two beds and 1 king bed on the other room with uts own full bathroom. There is also washer and dryer which is very convenient if you enjoy the water everyday. There is also a rooftop infinity pool that is only around 3 ft deep which is perfect for my kids that do not need floaties....

We loved our stay at Nomade! The staff is incredibly attentive, and what I loved most was their attention to detail. Candles light the path from reception to the beach. Citronella (not the fake stuff we have in America) burns late into the night and gives the whole place a sort of mystique at night.
