This place is great! The staff were amazing. Massages were great! We really enjoyed our stay and transportation to the city bus stop is easy and included. The pool is awesome and heated and not overly busy. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because we found it a little pricy being that it is not all inclusive. We also kept having to buy water because we drink a lot of it and they only provided two a day even though there was the of us. Overall, this place was great! We would return!

Gorgeous hotel! Pristine place . The rooms, pools, landscaping, cleanliness, comfort, staff are all incredible. Only cons are that it’s not near anything. You need a car to get around. They offer golf cart shuttle to a convenience store to grab food or drinks. The menu is limited at the hotel restaurant. No tip option on hand pay machines so bring cash . They can’t make small change so it’s a bit inconvenient. We ran out small bills then couldn’t tip anymore. No nightly entertainment either. It was a very quiet place when we came. My daughter and I had the pools to ourselves. It was lovely. Peaceful and no people.

Pre-Paid with Hotels.com but the hotel charged me twice by mistake. Concierge Christian Navakr did not respond to my request for a re-fund and did not provide a receipt. Make sure if you pre-pay that the frond desk do not charge you twice.

En general la estancia estuvo bien, el hotel está bonito y nuevo tiene potencial, pero mucho que mejorar, es la 2da vez que lo visitamos *El parque nacional está muy cerca, pero actualmente No tienes ninguna ventaja por hospedarte en el hotel, a la llegada al hotel nos dieron un brazalete para el parque no nos explicaron para que era, pero no valió de nada ya que nos cobraron todo igual *No conviene incluir el desayuno en la reserva sale lo mismo si lo pagas en el sitio y por el precio es mejor tomar otras opciones del menú, porque literal es un desayuno continental y americano y no te dan nada extra. * En el check in me cobraron más impuestos locales en el hotel de lo que me decía la app de Hoteles de 117 se fue a 737.5, me dijo el recepcionista que era por estar en área protegida (nunca me había pasado que no coincidiera por eso la calificación )

El lugar es bonito y las instalaciones son nuevas. Pero hay cosas que hacen que baje de nivel. Por ejemplo, en el baño del restaurante uno de los excusados no tiene media luna para sentarse, a pesar de que intentan ser “lujosos”. El hotel estaba casi solo y aún así, se les olvidaba asear mi cuarto… le falta mucha vida y promoción.
