This place was amazing. A little paradise in the middle of the jungle. Rooms are very big and comfortable. There 2 pools and lots of things to do. Including temezcal, sound healing, yoga etc. Staff is super friendly and always willing to help. There is laundry service available and they will always be happy to call you a cab. Great place to stay if you want easy, clean LARGE unit. Stocked kitchen makes it easy to save and cook meals. Large deck with table and hammocks overlooking the ocean and stairs to the beach isn't too shabby. 2 pools (1 adult and 1 kid) are very nice and there's a quiet, secluded beach right in front of you. Sea turtles nesting all over the beach. Great snorkeling in front of hotel and about a 15 min walk down the beach. Definitely a place to go if you want the "opposite of Cancun" experience.
We had a great stay at Cielo Maya. Located right on the beach with a pier and some hammocks. Also has a pool and some swinging chairs. Breakfast was included and great considering all the options. Rooms are a little dated without any USB ports but otherwise clean and very comfortable for the price. We were also able to rent a car directly from the hotel which was a great benefit and helped us a lot with day trips to other Mayan ruins and a beautiful lagoon. Beautiful hotel. We loved our room with the private pool/jet tub, as well as another main pool that overlooks the ocean. The entire staff was welcoming and went the extra mile to accommodate us. There is an onsite restaurant where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast and dinner as well. We did not have the chance to see it during our stay, but there is also a cenote down the road that is bike riding distance. Bicycles are available to ride. I would love to return again.

We stayed for 5 days for our honeymoon and everything was absolutely wonderful. We had complimentary room service which was wonderful but the buffets and a la cartes were amazing as well. Everything was very flavorful, and the options were endless. Our room was huge with a king bed and jacuzzi tub on our balcony. We just returned from a week at Jashita and couldn't recommend the hotel more. It's truly a special place perched at the end of Solomon Bay, just a short jaunt away from the great restaurants, hotels, and nightlife of the Tulum puebla and beach.
