We had a great stay overall. The check-in was the easiest and quickest we have experienced in quite some time. There was free coffee / tea available by the reception all day, a very nice touch in the cold. The sauna in the central building is spacious and convenient. We spent a night here prior to our Havila cruise. Unfortunately, one of our bags was left in Oslo. The bag came in on a later flight but spent the night in an office instead of being delivered to us, as promised. With only a couple of hours until we needed to be on the ship, desk employee Marie called the airline and the bag was delivered in minutes. We were so grateful for her help!
