Well located clean quiet comfortable and in located dockside. Breakfast wonderful, dinner is a no-choice affair so may want to eat out instead. Worth upgrading to a harbor view.

Amazing breakfast and dinner! Even added a teatime snack. Rooms a bit small but fine for the low rate. Incredible central location. Staff wonderful help.

6/10 Good

Breakfast good. Fika and dinner adequate, disappointing. Very few rooms have views. Staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. In room coffee would have been nice.

10/10 Exceptional

Very homey and friendly. Front desk staff went out of their way to help us with our stay and plan our outings. Convenience and savings of having two+ meals provided were well worth it, and food was quite good if not high gourmet. View of harbor and waterfront was attractive and constantly engaging. Other guests were polite and friendly, families with kids made it cozy. Would stay again and will look for sister hotels in other cities.

Great harbour views and location
Verified review

8/10 Very good

Our premium room overlooked the harbour so it was lovey to watch the boats coming & going, but was equally quiet at night. It was central for our needs, close to port dock, Cathedral, shops & restaurants. The room was clean but showing signs of needed maintenance worn carpets & chipped paintwork. Plenty of choice of breakfast food,
