Very friendly staff, especially the cleaners. Breakfast held high standard. They lack a patio which would have been great on sunny days. The gym was a few blicks away.

Convenient to quay and town center. Events over the weekend and pub opposite were extremely noisy till 330 am over the weekend. Nice breakfast buffet selection and can schedule packed breakfast to take to the airport for early flights.

Excellent stay in a perfect location to explore Tromso. The room had a beautiful view over the marina and towards the snowy mountains. Despite being cold outside, the room was lovely and warm and the beds were soft and comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel and hope to visit again one day.

8/10 Very good

Great location on the water while also in the city center. Breakfast was also good with many choices of food and beverage. Always seemed full with guests which also meant that check in was not until mid to late afternoon as they noted on their site.

We had a fantastic time, the breakfast is a must (and a great way to start the day!). The rooms are a little small but they’re manageable. Staff are all lovely. Perfect location to be central. Would 100% stay again.

We enjoyed our 17-night stay. It was a great hotel and all staff were excellent. Our only wish was for two items in our room: a microwave and a chest of drawers.
