8/10 Very good

The hotel is conveniently located close to several attractions. The rooms are small, and the décor is uninviting, with dull gray colors throughout. The room we were initially given was noisy; however, when we asked to change rooms, the staff responded quickly. Room was clean. Staff were very nice.

10/10 Exceptional

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Very comfortable and lovely breakfast. Would highly recommend. Only area for improvement would be the air conditioning, it was quite loud when on and not particularly powerful which was a bit of a difficulty in a heatwave of 30c+

Staff were incredible. The only pushback is the 2nd. floor facing the street on weekends is beyond noisy until after 3am. I would refuse to stay in that location again. Fortunately we were moved after 1 night.

Breakfast was amazing. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. It is old but has been modernized in a good way. The location is the best in central Oslo.

The room was so comfortable and cozy. They were very accommodating adding a second room for our young adult children. We all especially enjoyed the breakfast and all the healthy options.
