Our room was on the first floor, and the window opened directly into an alley where workers at the restaurant next door took smoke breaks - that felt a bit concerning from a safety standpoint and we couldn't open the window for fresh air too often. Otherwise the hotel itself was a good cost-effective option.

Loved the location - short walk from train station and close to restaurants. Loved the room with pullout sofa. We didn’t use the pullout, but it was nice to have the sitting area. Only negatives (although we highly recommend in spite of them): Checkin was a bit of a challenge and, although the French press made great coffee, how do you clean out the coffee grounds in a hotel room, even with a sink?

Bob W is a bare bones hotel (no front desk staff). They are very responsive on WhatsApp if you have ANY questions. I had a few and they were quick to reply with the help I needed. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. Take a look in the "Guest Area" app for local food deals. (I missed this and paid full price for breakfast) Thank you Bob W team for a great stay in Oslo Sentralen! 🍻

The location is perfect. The amenities in the room are very nice. However, the system that they used went wrong in so many ways. The front door stopped working so it had to stay unlocked. Myself and many others could not get into Our room and it took hours to fixed the problem. Finally, the elevator stopped working!
